Training & Placement Committee

The Training and Placement Committee of the Pharmacy College is committed to preparing students for successful careers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. The committee acts as a bridge between students and reputed pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, healthcare organizations, research institutions, and other professional organizations. The committee organizes career-oriented training programs, industrial visits, workshops, seminars, soft-skills development sessions, aptitude tests, mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building activities. Students are guided to develop professional communication, technical knowledge, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and workplace confidence. The committee also facilitates campus recruitment drives and provides students with information about job opportunities, internships, industrial training, higher education, and career prospects in areas such as pharmaceutical production, quality control, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, clinical research, sales and marketing, hospital pharmacy, and community pharmacy. Through continuous guidance and industry interaction, the Training and Placement Committee strives to enhance the employability of students and help them build successful, responsible, and rewarding careers in the pharmacy profession.
